in accordance with the Terms of Sale and Payment of Tickets for the Plitvice Lakes National Park (https://ticketing.np-plitvicka-jezera.hr/fl/1103/l/EN/uvjeti-prodaje-u-ju-np-plitvicka-jezera ) stating the following: “The National Park will be closed during severe weather that would present a danger for the visitors and the tickets will be refunded” and due to the global situation with COVID-19, Plitvice Lakes National Park is closed until further notice.
Further to the above, Plitvice Lakes National Park will refund the money paid for tickets bought for days when Park is closed. As there is a large number of accounts, we kindly ask everyone for patience with refund.
