Menu 1 will tempt you with a selection of local cheeses and the diverse taste of barley, an indigenous grain at the heart of delectable dishes, especially the traditional “lamb orzotto”. This traditional version of a risotto made with barley, dark Velebit beer and beef bone broth will take you on an unforgettable journey through endless flavours. After a feast of marinated chicken drumstick and thigh with a side of potatoes, onion and bacon, satisfy your sweet tooth with an apple strudel and vanilla cream.
